3. Order Placement Process
Order Submission: You must place an order through our website and provide complete, clear, and detailed instructions for the task.
Prepayment Requirement: Full payment for the service is required at the time of order placement. Our writing team will not commence any work until payment has been confirmed.
Payment Confirmation: After payment, you must send us the payment confirmation receipt via email or on our support number.
4. Service Delivery Process
Once payment is confirmed:
Team Assignment: The task will be assigned to our specialized team, which includes writers, research analysts, and a Quality Assurance (QA) specialist.
Completion and Delivery: Upon completion, the finalized work will be delivered to you via email.
Client Review: It is your responsibility to review the delivered work carefully. You may request necessary changes or revisions as per our revision policy.

5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide all necessary instructions, materials, rubrics, and deadlines at the time of order placement.

You are solely responsible for understanding and adhering to your educational institution's policies on academic integrity, plagiarism, and the use of external assistance. Excellence Services cannot be held liable for any academic misconduct charges brought by your institution.
6. Revision Policy
We are committed to your satisfaction. If the delivered work does not meet the initial instructions you provided, you are entitled to request a revision.
Coordination: All revision requests must first be coordinated with your assigned Account Manager.
Eligibility: Revisions will be granted if the request aligns with the original instructions. Requests for new or additional content not in the original brief may incur additional charges.
Timeframe: Revision requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
7. Payment and Refund Policy
Payment: All fees are due upfront. We accept payments through Bank Transfer and Credit Card.
Refunds: Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and must be directed to your Account Manager for initial review. Refunds may be issued if we fail to deliver the service as described. No refunds will be issued after the delivery of the work if the instructions were followed, or if a client simply changes their mind. No refunds will be issued for work that has been submitted by the client or for orders where a revision has been requested and completed.
8. Privacy and Confidentiality
Information Security: Excellence Services is committed to protecting your personal information. We use secure systems and procedures to keep your data confidential.
Client Data: The details of your order, your personal information, and our communication will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third parties, except as required to complete the service (e.g., assigning it to a writer) or as required by law.
Usage of Work: We retain no copyright over the work we deliver; it becomes your property upon full payment. We will not resell or publish any work created for you.
9. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the final delivered product is your property. However, you may not publish, distribute, or resell the work provided by Excellence Services as your own for commercial purposes. The work is intended for your personal, academic reference.
10. Limitation of Liability
Excellence Services provides academic support and guidance. We are not liable for any grades, academic standing, or disciplinary actions taken by your educational institution. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall be limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
